Pursuant to article 77 of the National Collective agreement of the construction sector and Legislative Decree No. 81/2008 (safety law and procedures), Italian companies working in trenchless sector are required to have staff with a specific patent to operate on complex machines (for Microtunneling and direction drilling technologies). On such basis IATT and FORMEDIL (National Training Institute) has signed a specific agreement for the organization of specific training course which have led as today to the issuance of n. 93 patents.
