On December 15th, the VIII National Congress of UNITEL took place in Naples.The Italian National Union of Technicians of Local Authorities gathers municipal technicians with the aim of enhancing their professional role, responsibilities, thus improving services provided to the community. IATT supported the congress, as a sponsors, and presenting the advantages of trenchless technologies such as facilitation for the release of administrative authorization and supervision of the realization phase of works. Council member Mr Feliciano Esposto, who presented IATT and the activities carried out for the diffusion of the culture of the no dig, said “I had the opportunity to speak with many technicians who showed a deep interest in trenchless technologies and a great desire to keep constantly updated on innovations“.
IATT and UNITEL will start a cooperation, signing a Memorandum of understanding, for the organization of training courses aimed widespread trenchless technologies culture, their fields of application and the relevant current regulation.
